This arbitration clause does not preclude either party from seeking provisional remedies, such as temporary restraining orders or preliminary injunctions, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of California, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or conduct that we deem harmful to the Site or its community.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease, and you must promptly destroy any downloaded or printed copies of the Content.
